A virtual event for newly-admitted students to meet instructors in the History Program. Students will be introduced to some of Southeast’s professors of history, who will talk about what drew them to their fields of specialization. During the session, students will also learn about course offerings at Southeast, potential fields of study and research topics, and talk about the many paths of future employment for history majors (from teaching to marketing and everything in-between!) and the skills majors can expect to learn. The Meet-and-Greet is an informal event, but students should come prepared to ask questions about the History Program at Southeast, and to talk about their interests!
