Attire

PROHIBITIED ATTIRE

•Nothing with offensive language or graphics 

•No low-cut tops 

•No tank tops with thin shoulder straps 

•No crop tops or other shirts that expose the stomach 

•No athletic wear 

•No rips or tears in bottoms 

•No soiled, unwashed, or foul-smelling clothing 

•No flip flops 

APPROVED ATTIRE

•Shirts supporting SEMO departments, colleges, organizations, athletics, etc. 

•Shirts must be SEMO colors 

•Jeans (Colored or denim) 

•Jean shorts (cannot be denim in color) 

•Skirts and skorts 

•Sturdy shoes suitable for walking long distances (tennis shoes, Tivas, Chacos, etc.) 

•Sandals without heel straps ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT GIVING TOURS 

•Dresses, skirts, and shorts of appropriate length 

•You are coming to work in a professional environment and represent SEMO! 

•Attire worn for religious observance 

•Attire that is disability-related 

•Head scarves or wraps

Where should I go?

Please check-in with a Hawk Leader at the University Center (3rd Floor) Info Desk

When should I arrive to my assigned tour time?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your assigned tour time. 

How long should I expect to work?

Expect to work 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for your assigned tour shift. You will be expected to hand-write follow-up postcards to all prospective students in your tour group.
